Antonio Arco, going by the stage name ARCO, is a Spanish singer, guitarist, composer, writer and lyricist, previously known for leading the Andalusian band El Puchero del Hortelano until late 2015. With them he toured Latin America and Europe until early 2016 when he began his solo career. Since then, he has released four albums, two of them for Warner Music and two with Altafonte, which have entered the best-seller list reaching the 8th position with his debut and have been selected by various media such as Mondo Sonoro or Rock Sesión as albums of the year when they were released. He has toured Spain, selling out many dates, and has also given concerts in Latin America and the USA, and has also starred in the documentary film “Octavas” with Spanish artist Jorge Drexler and Brazilian musician Seu Jorge, a film that has been selected for several international festivals and has accumulated an average score of 7.8 on the prestigious independent film channel Filmin. At Rockwood, Arco brings an acoustic show with piano and guitar where the audience will be able to enjoy his particular fusion between rock and Spanish flamenco folk. All a hatching of creativity that continues to make him one of the main referents of the Andalusian rock and flamenco fusion scene, but above all, undeniable proof of the authenticity and quality of his lyrics.
