Cause and Control is a jazz-inspired power pop band hailing from Madison, Wi. After meeting through jazz ensembles at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, they decided to form a band that would channel their grunge and punk influences. They have since become a recognized member of Madison's D.I.Y. music scene and have opened for indie-rock sensations like Divine Sweater, Friko, and Eat Turf.
