Niamh Keane is an Irish singer, songwriter, violinist, pianist and guitarist from Dublin, Ireland. Her latest single 'Imprints' was described by Thin Air Magazine as "a considered folk craft that makes space for light and shade with a singular nuance. Her upcoming single, ‘Imprints’, is an ode to unconditional love that, across two contrasting chord progressions, gently pivots between a sense of darkness and release". Recent live performances include a double headline folk concert with legendary songwriter John Spillane and a live television performance as a session violinist for U2's Bono and the Edge. She has played support slots for Irish artists such as Damien Dempsey. Stocktons Wing, KILA, Emma Langford and Wickerlight. To date, she has been nominated as a finalist in Irelands National Christie Hennessy Songwriting Contest among 400 applicants and received 2nd place in the Pan Celtic National Song Contest.
