Vaibu Mohan is a singer, songwriter, and curator of live experiences currently based in New York City. A multi-dimensional artist, Vaibu has crafted a unique sonic world that blends the many styles which inspire her including Indian classical, rock, folk, jazz, country, and R&B. Vaibu released her first album, Nayika Mixtape, in 2021 and recorded it with great love in her best friend’s house in the midst of the pandemic. Her EP, Pure Brown Noise, was released in 2023 and has been described as a sampling platter of genres and a story driven journey of love, loss, pain and redemption.
